A passion project between friends, No Fine Print was inspired by the inherently convivial nature of wine.
As the name implies, No Fine Print breaks down the barriers between esoteric sommelier jargon and those who simply appreciate and want to enjoy wine while not needing to possess formal training.
Wine is an experience which is often taken too seriously. We strove to create a wine that boasts all of the sommelier-admired qualities, while not deterring the everyday consumer from it. We kept the aesthetic clean and the price point reasonable.
No jargon, no bullshit — No Fine Print.

Well-respected in the wine world, Ryan has been a Wine Director at various restaurant enterprises across the country. As a former supplier and distributor, Ryan uniquely understands all facets of the wine industry and used this experience in co-founding Squire Wine Co., a platform that introduced a curated group of Californian wines to Chicago. Wine has given Ryan many opportunities including traveling the world and being featured in a range of publications such as USA Today, Bloomberg and was named “40 Under 40 Tastemaker” by Wine Enthusiast. Ryan parlays his passion for wine with his love of biking while participating in the annual Chefs Cycle to benefit No Kid Hungry.
With deep roots in the artist management sector, Tim had a hand in managing a large roster of multi-platinum global artists at The Firm in Beverly Hills during the early 2000’s. Burgeoning out on his own, Tim developed top talents including Skrillex (since his early days in the band From First To Last), Zedd, Boys Noize and BloodPop®. Tim’s clients have garnered 9 Grammys under his management and he has been recognized with a multitude of awards such as Billboard’s Top 30 EDM Power Players.
Manager by profession and friend by nature, Pat Corcoran has made his name by employing his personality professionally. Caring, driven, and fiercely intelligent, Corcoran has decisively slammed his flag into the entertainment industry with connections spanning across every major space and brand. After sharpening his methodology through Chance The Rapper’s meteoric rise, Corcoran teamed up with his closest friends to found Haight Brand: an artist-first talent management and events company dedicated to spreading authenticity and love. He continues to set himself apart in every industry he revolutionizes with his authentic, caring, and passionate approach. Making his mark first in music, and growing through film and events, the wine takeover is underway.
